  1. Services. The provider delivers the option selected above. The handbook includes federal and Ohio required policies, safety and operations policies for your business, one revision round, Word and PDF files and an employee acknowledgment form. Performance reviews include an online system loaded with your roster, wages and pay scale, individual manager logins showing only each manager's employees, one review cycle and support during the cycle.
  2. Timeline. Performance reviews go live within 3 days of receiving your signed acceptance, deposit and employee information. The handbook first draft is due about 3 weeks after Step 2 is completed; the final version within 7 days of your feedback. Late information moves dates by the same number of days.
  3. Payment. 50% deposit at signing; balance due on delivery, within 15 days of invoice. Extra work is $85 per hour or quoted in writing first.
  4. Your part. Provide accurate information on time through the secure method the provider supplies (never regular email for wage data), name one contact person, give feedback within 7 days and report departing managers so their access can be removed.
  5. Confidentiality and data. Your information is used only for these services. The review system holds only name, job title, supervisor, wage and pay grade, never Social Security numbers, birth dates or bank details. Wage data is deleted 30 days after the review cycle ends, after your completed reviews are exported to you. Any unauthorized access will be reported to you within 72 hours.
  6. Ownership. Once paid, you own the handbook. The provider owns the review software; you receive use of it for one cycle, and your data and completed reviews are yours.
  7. No legal advice. The provider is not a law firm. You make final policy decisions and should have an employment attorney review the handbook before rollout.
  8. Liability. The provider's total liability is limited to fees paid. Neither party is liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.
  9. General. The provider is an independent contractor. Either party may end the agreement in writing; you pay for work completed to that date. Changes must be in writing. Ohio law applies. This is the entire agreement for these services.
